All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply don’t like the product.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the manufacturing unit and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the if you ordered the wrong size or colour, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information at the time of placing the order.
However, we can offer a replacement order for certain products only, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Please see the shipping/return information for that particular category.
Returns, refunds or exchanges are only subjected to items that are damaged on our behalf.
